On January 16, 2025, H.E. Miss Nipa Nirannoot, Consul-General of Thailand to Dubai and the Northern Emirates, took part in the Diplomatic Retreat organized by Dubai Police at the Dubai Police Officers’ Club. The event focused on building international cooperation among law enforcement agencies and was attended by representatives from embassies, consulates, and international organizations in the United Arab Emirates.

 

During the Retreat, Dubai Police shared insights about their roles and missions, including their efforts to strengthen global and regional partnerships, through sharing their use of technology to fight crime, i.e. Smart Police Stations and major events like the World Police Summit, UAE SWAT Challenge and PIL training programme.

 

The Royal Thai Police and Dubai Police have long enjoyed a strong and close cooperation with regular exchange of visits and active participation of Thai delegation at Dubai Police events, which have helped strengthen their partnership on capacity-building, sharing of best practices, cooperation on international crime prevention and suppression.
