Non-Thai passport holders (For foreigner) who would like to apply for a Thai Police Clearance Certificate need to directly contact the Royal Thai Police in Thailand (see contact information below) for details and procedures on how to apply for the Thai Police Clearance Certificate. Please note that the applicant must come to the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Dubai, for a fingerprint collection in person only.

Required Documents:

1. An application form 
2. An original and a photocopy of a current passport and previous passport(s) (if any)
3. A photocopy of the U.A.E. residence visa / Emirates ID card
4. A photocopy of a Thai visa (such as work, student, resident or other types of visas) and the latest exit stamp from the immigration in Thailand
5. A photocopy of a Thai work permit, Student ID Card or Other
6. Two (2) photographs with a WHITE background
7. A letter stating the purpose of obtaining a police clearance certificate
