On 13 June 2020, the Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi and The Consulate General in Dubai repatriated the 7th batch of 138 Thai nationals in the UAE affected by COVID-19 back to Thailand, bringing 1,032 Thai nationals in total back home. All of the passengers boarding the EK372 flight have been tested a PCR COVID-19 (Nasal Swab Test) by the medical institutions in the UAE with negative results for COVID-19. In this regard, the Royal Thai Embassy and the Royal Thai Consulate-General would like to once again express our sincere appreciation to all for the help and support, including from our Thai community in the UAE as well as all authorities concerned that have continuously helped those facing hardship in unity and solidarity. The Royal Thai Embassy and the Royal Thai Consulate-General reiterate our commitment to maintain all Thai nationals in UAE's well-being during this unprecedented, difficult time. We will continue to put forth our best and sincere effort to help those stranded in UAE and in need of returning to Thailand.
