On 7 October 2022, H.E. Mr. Chairat Sirivat, Consul-General, together with Mr. Sirithep Tangsiri, Acting Director of Thai Trade Centre, Dubai, attended the "Middle East Jewellery Designers' Forum - 2022," a sideline activity during the "Watch & Jewellery Middle East Show - 2022" at Expo Centre, Sharjah. At the event, the Consul-General and Acting Director met and discussed with Thai jewellery entrepreneurs from 15 companies who exhibit their products at the Show, 8 of which are supported by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand, as part of the "SMEs Pro-active" Project to help promote and increase the export of Thai jewellery to the UAE and the Middle East. Jewellery is the 4th top export product of Thailand to the UAE.
