On 7 December 2018, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Dubai
hosted a function on the occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand,
the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej,
and Thailand’s Father’s Day for the Thai community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
The activities include games for the family, the Royal Anthem chorus by the Thai language
school students, speech by Acting Consul - General about the importance of
5 December and World Soil Day.
Among 120 attendees were Mr. Rangsant Srimangkorn, Acting Consul-General,
and representatives from Team Thailand in Dubai and the Northern Emirates
as well as members of Thai Business Council in UAE, Thai community, foreigners
and representatives of Thai restaurants in Dubai.
