On Wednesday, 23 October 2019 during 17.30 – 18.30 hrs., H.E. Mr. Chairat Sirivat, Consul General of Thailand to Dubai and the Northern Emirates presided over a ceremony in remembrance of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn (King Rama V) as 23 October is observed every year across Thailand to mark the passing of King Rama V. The ceremony was attended by over 50 government officials, representatives of “Team Thailand” and their families, together with local staff and members of the Thai community, Friends of Thailand as well as the general public at the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Dubai.
